racm_utils commons
------------------

This directory is for storing scripts, pre- and post-processing utilities and 
documentation specific to RACM.  When adding scripts or files to this directory, 
please ensure that they are adequately documented to allow other users to make 
use of them.  Please add the tag "$Id: README.txt 79 2011-09-09 01:21:18Z afrobert@nps.edu $" somewhere in the header of ASCII files 
so that the user and time of alteration is added to the file at the next subversion 
commit. This may then be used by others to identify who last changed a file.  
In addition, please keep a change log in the header of files to ensure continuity 
in the maintance of work provided in this collaborative area of the RACM tag.
