Results of the Xray Computer Assisted Microtomography (CTscan) analysis of subice sediments from the Camp Century Ice core analyzed in 2023.

Instrument: Bruker SkyScan1173 µCT operated at -10°C (Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory, NH)



Each subsection of the core was scan in 2 parts (bottom and Top) due to the limited size of the scanner (7.9cm). Resolution: 71.001786um voxels, except for samples labelled with "ZOOM" for which the resolution is given in the .log files and in the methods.



Sample naming: Folder: CoreTube_Section-Subsection-BOTorTOPorZOOM_slice#

Example of name: 1059_5a_BOT_0002 --> Core tube: 1059, Section: 5a, BOTorTOP: Bottom scan; slice#: 0002

Each folder contains a .oog file and a .log file describing the characteristics of the run. 

Some folders contain .iif temp files remaining from NRecon software
