Many people may be familiar with some classic images that capture climate change: Polar bear on small ice floes, deforestation in the Amazon rain forest, and the like. For this project, and any professional photography and videography capturing climate change, try to tell a new story, or capture something that has not been seen before. Here is an example:

For the past two decades, the state government of Alaska has recognized and recorded the impact of climate change on major rivers in the region. These Arctic rivers have experienced a lot of erosion over the past two decades, and this erosion is threatening housing and roads along the river, to the point where family homes need to be moved and roads need to be rebuilt.

The first picture shows you the Spring 2019 erosion along the river bank, and the second picture shows a road along the river that has collapsed. So both pictures show new and very local, specific evidence of climate change.
Your goal is to tell the story of climate change in your community, with local examples.
