Learning Objectives

Welcome to this short, but packed course on photographing climate change.  Climate change is an important photographic subject and the primary style, or genre of shooting it spans documentary, editorial and photojournalism. 

All three (3) genres are about telling a story, and combined with more technical capability, you can tell an even stronger story. 

With that in mind, you will be introduced to:

• The differences and similarities in the 3 genres of photography
• Elements of Story
• Technical aspects of shooting, with primary focus on compositional theory
• Bonus content on shooting in Manual Mode is available for those with digital SLR cameras.
